Polaris ranger will turn over but won.

My 19 570 is hard to start at times. Almost like it gets stuck at a spot with too much compression. Keep turning the key and it will eventually fire right up. If you have a charger, hook it up to the battery and turn it on and try to start it again. If it starts, you still have a weak battery. It's fuel injected and you can jump across the solenoid and it will turn over that way but it's not firing and I'm getting power to the solenoid when you turn the key but it won't turn over and I replaced the solenoid along with a programmable ecm that's a plug in play ecm. I bought a new battery. Stock was 14ah battery, I installed a 21ah battery. The motor still turns over slow. And sometimes will not turn over at all.

If the pump doesn't run for about 3 seconds when you cycle the key on, then you need to find out why. Sometimes it's just a faulty relay or a bad connection. If the pump is getting power but still don't spool up when you cycle the key, then the pump is bad.
